On the afternoon of August 30, 2025, at the Digital Signal Processing Lab room 403.2 H6, a meaningful exchange meeting took place between the IOE Innovation Team and the URA team under the guidance of Associate Professor Dr. Quan Thanh Tho and Associate Professor Dr. Do Hong Tuan. This was not only an opportunity for the IOE Innovation Team to present their activities and ongoing projects, but also opened up possibilities for in-depth academic research collaboration between the two groups.
Introducing The IOE Innovation Team – A Young and Passionate Collective
The meeting began with a comprehensive introduction of the IOE Innovation Team – a newly established research group full of potential. The team representative, Le Phan Gia Nghiem, presented detailed information about the formation and development process of the team, from its early establishment days to the present.
The IOE Innovation Team is built upon solid core values, with a mission to pioneer and develop leading intelligent solutions and artificial intelligence in the fields of Electronics, Edge Device, IOT as well as computer science. Particularly impressive was how the team organizes its personnel with members from two specialized fields, rational division of expertise, and concrete operational directions.
The presentation about IOE Innovation Team’s development orientation demonstrated the long-term vision and strong research aspirations of the young members. This created special interest from Associate Professor Dr. Quan Thanh Tho and the URA team.
Diverse and Practical Research Activities
One of the most interesting parts of the meeting was when the IOE Innovation Team shared their ongoing research activities at three different levels:
Knowledge Sharing Level: The team is actively participating in professional competitions, demonstrating their ability to share knowledge and learn from the broader research community.
Practical Project Level: Applied practical projects are being implemented, showing the capability to transform theoretical knowledge into concrete solutions that can be applied in reality.
Research & Development Level: This is the highest level that the team is pursuing, with in-depth research topics aimed at contributing to the common knowledge repository of the scientific community.
Impressive Demonstrations from Two Specialized Teams
The demonstration session during the meeting created particularly exciting moments. The Collaborative Intelligence team and the Semiconductor Intelligence team showcased several solutions they have developed and are currently working on.

The ongoing discussion session between the IOE team and URA team, demonstrating the products and projects that have been implemented.
The demonstrated solutions not only reflected the technical capabilities of the teams but also showed creative thinking in approaching and solving problems. Associate Professor Dr. Quan Thanh Tho and Associate Professor Dr. Do Hong Tuan provided positive feedback and offered valuable suggestions for the development of the projects.
Exploring Future Collaboration Opportunities
The final part of the meeting was dedicated to discussing collaboration possibilities between the two teams. This was the most anticipated section, as members from both sides explored common research topics that could be pursued together in the future.
The discussion opened up many potential collaboration directions, from sharing research experiences to the possibility of implementing joint projects. The combination of URA team’s extensive experience and IOE Innovation Team’s dynamism and creativity promises to generate significant research outcomes.
The exchange meeting lasted from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and took place in a friendly and professional atmosphere. The enthusiasm, scientific approach, and learning spirit of the IOE Innovation Team left a deep impression on Associate Professor Dr. Quan Thanh Tho.
Particularly noteworthy was the team’s ability to present systematically from theory to practical applications, demonstrating thorough preparation and comprehensive research thinking of the members.
This meeting marks an important beginning for the collaborative relationship between the IOE Innovation Team and the URA team. With guidance from Associate Professor Dr. Quan Thanh Tho, the IOE Innovation Team has the opportunity to access valuable research experiences and professional scientific methodologies.
The IOE Innovation Team members, especially Le Phan Gia Nghiem as the representative, demonstrated a humble spirit and readiness to learn. This creates a solid foundation for future collaborative activities.
The exchange meeting concluded with positive expectations from both sides. The IOE Innovation Team continues their research journey with clearer directions, while the URA team also found interesting collaboration opportunities with an energetic young research group.
Let us look forward to significant research achievements from this combination in the coming time.
