As part of the 30th anniversary celebration of Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), the Diffusion Team from URA was honored to participate in the event and showcase our Auto-ARM project for virtual try-on. We developed an improved masking mechanism that works with diffusion models to enhance garment replacement, making it adaptable to challenging poses and complex clothing types. Our research has been compiled and submitted to the 14th Conference on Information Technology and Its Applications (CITA 2025) under the paper titled “Auto-ARM: An Autonomous Adaptive Mask Refinement Mechanism for Enhancing Naturalness in Virtual Try-On Models.”
A special highlight of the event was on February 23, 2025, when we had the incredible honor of meeting His Excellency Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính. We were privileged to shake hands with him as he toured the exhibition. He encouraged all participants, including our team, to keep striving for excellence in learning and innovation, emphasizing the importance of contributing to the country’s growth and development. This experience has been a great motivation for us to continue advancing our research and bringing impactful solutions to real-world challenges.
