Content management systems (CMS) are advanced technology platforms for online, mobile and virtual content management and delivery. With increased online presence, activities and transactions, it becomes imperative that CMS becomes more accessible for non-technical end users. This research will examine the capabilities of Gen AI, particularly in its conversational format, for the augmented capabilities of CMS that can be delivered to a diversity of end-users across all industry sectors. The scholarship will be about 34000 AUD/ year for 3 years.
