From 13th Sep 2025, I was deeply honored to receive a certificate of recognition from Vexere following the successful completion of our AI assistant project — a remarkable milestone for me and my teammates at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT). This recognition not only celebrates the effort poured into months of development but also reaffirms the potential of young students to deliver real-world, production-ready solutions.
During the project, our team engaged in an intensive journey of exploration and application. We had the opportunity to design, train, and deploy an AI-powered assistant tailored for Vexere, focusing on improving user interactions and enhancing customer support efficiency. The process demanded not only technical mastery in artificial intelligence and software engineering but also practical skills in collaboration, communication, and project management.
A defining highlight of this experience was the constant interaction with Vexere’s professional team. Through feedback sessions, and rigorous testing, we learned how to translate academic knowledge into practical solutions that meet industry standards. These exchanges enriched our understanding of scalability, system integration, and user-centric design, ensuring that the assistant was not merely a research prototype but a robust tool ready for production.
The culmination of the project was marked by a formal recognition ceremony, where Vexere acknowledged the dedication and creativity of our team. Receiving the certificate, I felt an immense sense of pride and gratitude. For us, it was more than just a piece of paper, it symbolized the bridging of classroom learning with industry impact, a bridge that many first-year students rarely get to cross so early in their journey.
